Below are some evocative stories of success within our organization.
Samantha came to Alliance in September of 1994, to work as a Clerical
Administrator. Her background was in retail, and she had virtually
no experience in clerical administration support. However, this 20
year old had a lot of energy, great organizational skills, and an
immense desire to learn.
Alliance recognized Samantha's aptitude and invested in her by sending
her to periodic training seminars, intensive technical classes, and
providing her with constant mentorship. Within 2 years, she was promoted
to an Associate Administrator, an entry-level position in the area
of Plan Administration. For the next 4 ½ years, her responsibilities
were significantly increased, as she increased her client contacts
and knowledge capital.
About 1½ year ago, Samantha was promoted to a position as an
Administrator. Today, she continues to be a well-respected and successful
professional in her field, as well as a positive force among her co-workers.
Alisha came to Alliance 10 years ago as an employee referral. At that
time, she was working as a Teaching Assistant at a local university
and had virtually no experience in Plan Administration. Her educational
background was in Mathematics, as she had received her B.S. in Applied
Mathematics and her M.S. with honors in Applied Mathematics.
Recognizing her outstanding talent and intelligence, Alliance provided
her with continuous opportunities to learn and grow in her field,
as well as the wide range of professional experiences that she desired.
Recently, she passed six rigorous professional examinations to receive
the designation of "Accredited Pension Administrator."
Today, Alisha is a client favorite. Her commitment to excellent service
is continuously demonstrated in her work and recognized by her coworkers
