Jeffrey B. Feld, CPA: Principal
Jeffrey Feld is a Principal of Alliance Pension Consultants, LLC. Jeff joined Alliance in 1981. He quickly began guiding the firm's growth through his insightful understanding of business trends. Jeff's expertise lies in his ability to solve complex client issues.

Jeff has served on the Employee Benefits Committee of the Illinois CPA Society for over ten years and is also an Associate Professional Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He frequently speaks at professional seminars and writes articles focusing on 401(k) issues and other benefit plan topics. Jeff has conducted seminars for various chapters of the Illinois CPA Society, the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the Chicago Bar Association.

Jeff attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

 

Theresa E. Piotrowski: Principal
Theresa Piotrowski is a Principal of Alliance Pension Consultants, LLC. She began to build her technical foundation as a retirement plan consultant in 1985. She joined Alliance in 1989.

During her years at Alliance, Theresa has dedicated herself to developing expertise in consulting and administration of complex retirement plans. She regularly participates in seminars hosted by the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Theresa is Alliance's representative to the Profit Sharing Council of America. Recruiting personnel, pursuing innovative solutions to client problems and leading the Alliance team has contributed to her status as firm visionary.

Theresa holds a B.S. degree in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Illinois.

 

Anita Puric: Director of Administration
Anita Puric has been with Alliance Pension Consultants since 1984. She joined the firm after three years with an insurer, where she participated in the marketing and administration of retirement plans. Her experience and technical expertise are valuable assets in the administration of complex retirement plans, as well as the training of new personnel and development of company policies.

Anita holds a B.S. in Marketing and Personnel Management from DePaul University in Chicago. She is currently enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program.

 

Craig J. Blumenfeld, FSA: Consulting Actuary
Before joining our team, Craig gained valuable retirement planning insight at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. With over 15 years of actuarial experience, Craig has developed expertise in consulting and administration of complex retirement plans. Craig also has experience in Health & Welfare retirement planning, actuarial valuations as required by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and working with Collectively Bargained Plans, including Taft Hartley plans.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA). Professionally, Craig is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, College of Pension Actuaries, and Profit Sharing Council of America.

 

George Niezyniecki: Director of Systems Development
 

George Niezyniecki originally joined Alliance as a consultant, intending to complete a six-month programming project. He then became a permanent member of the Alliance Team when he accepted a new role as a Plan Administrator. George's interest, intellect and curiosity proved to be a great acquisition for Alliance.

Currently, George leads the Daily Valuation Team. His systems development experience and technical expertise are valuable assets in the administration of complex retirement plans, as well as the training of new personnel and development of processing procedures. George holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
